I stayed here a few years ago for an investment conference, and it remains one of my most memorable hotel experiences in Singapore. The Room: The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed. You can tell the furniture and materials used are of the highest quality—everything feels substantial and luxurious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect rest after long conference sessions. The Service: The staff truly embody the Ritz-Carlton gold standard. They are polite, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any request I had was handled with impressive speed and a genuine smile. The Highlight - In-Room Dining: What really blew me away was the In-room Dining. It was truly, truly delicious—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had in a luxury hotel. I highly recommend the Shrimp Fried Rice (虾仁炒饭) and the Hainan Chicken Rice (海南鸡饭). They were both executed perfectly with authentic flavors. If you are looking for a seamless, high-quality stay in Singapore, whether for business or leisure, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We just checked into The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to celebrate our anniversary and were immediately welcomed with such a thoughtful surprise. The team prepared a beautiful anniversary setup with a cake, rose petals, balloons, and a handwritten card, and we were also generously upgraded for our stay. A sincere thank you to Pure, who personally escorted us to our room and surprised us with the setup. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, and truly made the experience feel personal and memorable from the moment we arrived. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that instantly made our day extra special. We cannot wait to enjoy the rest of our stay here ❤️ P.s. the cake was absolutely delicious 😋

A wonderful hotel with beautifully appointed with matching polished wood furniture and spacious rooms and views even if you are not directly facing the marina. The bathrooms too have phenomenal views. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous as it befits the brand. The public spaces are all beautiful in vintage gold and wood tones. Service and housekeeping are both superb. So why the one star deduction? This property doesn’t participate in the Bonvoy loyalty program! This is a major omission for the Marriott flagship brand.

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore! The service from all the staff was outstanding, especially the front desk team who upgraded us to a beautiful suite as we were celebrating our anniversary. I didn’t catch her name, but one of the staff members (she looked Korean) was incredibly helpful and professional, and check-in was an absolute breeze. The Guest Experience team surprised us with a small cake to celebrate our special occasion, and it was delicious! Such a thoughtful and memorable touch. A small pity that part of the Marina Bay view was blocked by ongoing renovations, otherwise it would have been absolutely perfect. That said, we still loved the bathtub overlooking the view outside. It was such a relaxing and luxurious experience. We had a wonderful time overall and truly felt taken care of. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to anyone looking for exceptional service and a luxurious experience.

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and had a great experience. Service was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. On the day 5pm have a free tour explanation about the arts.Loved the art around the hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with an amazing Marina Bay view—especially at night. The bathroom was luxurious with a great soaking tub. Breakfast had a wide variety and everything was high quality. But Breakfast restaurant Colony is too crowded and there was the long queue. Overall, an excellent stay—would definitely come back.
