It’s my second time staying here and I would say it’s one of the best hotels in singapore! A big part of that was thanks to receptionist MIKE. From the moment I arrived, he was professional and incredibly helpful. He’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect and even upgraded both of my rooms as it’s my sister’s birthday! The hotel feels luxurious and the rooms were really clean and comfortable! Not to forget the mrt station is just beside the hotel. There’s also a food court called Lau Pa Sat around the corner and there’s many trendy cafes nearby too. Highly recommended and Mike deserves a raise😄🫶🏻💯

We had a fantastic staycation and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy the surrounding area and access everything we needed during our stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. To make our visit even more memorable, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room. This thoughtful gesture made our anniversary celebration extra special and gave us more space to relax and enjoy our time together. We are truly grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality. Thank you for helping create such a memorable anniversary experience. We would gladly return for another staycation and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I don't know who hired the staff here, but give them a raise! You will be very well looked after at The Clan, every member of staff, from the reception to the maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. If you even think of a question, a staff member will magically appear and ask if you need help 😂😂😂. One even checked whether we were aware it will rain heavily soon. I loved the design of the room and the lift, both were understated but clearly someone has put a lot of thought into it. You can also request extra furniture if required. My partner wasn't fond of the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom itself, but I found it useful to do my skincare routine/makeup with more counter space. The depth of the sink meant that the mirror was far away but helpfully a smaller moveable mirror was provided in the room. The only point of improvement I have is that the walk in shower smelt a bit damp, so perhaps the ventilation could be improved. I have a sensitive sense of smell but my non-bloodhound partner wasn't bothered by it. The location is very convenient, although if you are looking for local cuisine you will have to do a bit of searching/walk to Chinatown as the closest restaurants around were western/Korean. I didn't use the facilities such as the pool, but it looked quite nice. It's not big enough to do laps in but the view makes up for it! I've also not stayed at many 5 star hotels so cannot compare the experience. All in all I would visit again and would recommend!

We were treated exceptionally well at The Clan. Being treated to the welcome tea service by Ivan should NOT be missed. You will be impressed by the honor he shows to the team process and he inspired me to learn about the tradition. Ivan was absolutely outstanding and I feel a deep gratitude to him for beginning our journey in Singapore in a warm charming style. stay here was an island of serenity in a big city. Our room was wonderfully appointed and leaving my room each day made me feel like a better person. This hotel is special not just for wonderful spaces, subdued design but most notable a gracious staff that made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Had a high floor Premier corner room. Nice amenities that was customizable before check-in. Spacious bathroom altough not a big fan of the Japanese-style toilet. Filtered water on tap is available. Great bed. Breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. A la carte eggs and daily special was tasty. Decent gym with modern equipment and facilities. The pool area was good for a short relax but not that inviting for a longer stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel definitely has more of a business vibe, so it’s probably not the best choice for families or anyone looking for a resort-style experience.
