This is a beautiful and modern true five star hotel. A had a very pleasant stay for two nights. I did not get an upgrade, but was instead offered free laundry (six pieces). Fair enough, although I would have preferred a complimentary breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff and a really nice and modern room. The cocktail bar is very cosy and serves great cocktails, served with high quality snacks and the rooftop bar is also nice. If I should mention one bad thing, it has to be the small pool area. The pool itself is very nice with a perfect view over the city, but there are too few sunbeds and no shade. It gets hot very fast. If you are fair-skinned like me you will burn fast. All in all a fantastic stay and would gladly return, should I visit Saigon again.

The most notable thing I should give a shout out to is the staff! Right from the moment we arrived up until our check-out day, they were all very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was fully occupied during our stay so unfortunately our room was not upgraded, but the lounge/front office staff generously offered a 500K VND voucher to be used within the hotel restaurant vicinity as compensation. During our last night our room was finally upgraded though. The room itself was very comfortable and had an elegant vibe. When it’s midday and the sunlight penetrates the window, the atmosphere became even more luxurious, so I really appreciate the high floor room! As platinum member, we also got a welcome amenity (fruits & nuts) and complimentary lounge access. The lounge was cozy, we could easily stay there for hours. There were all-day refreshment & fresh juice available which was definitely helpful for the scorching hot weather outside! The tea time & cocktail hour were also great. We had the chance to try both the breakfast at the lounge & the buffet restaurant and they were both great but the ala carte breakfast menu was definitely the highlight. Lastly, the infinity pool & rooftop bar were chic and there was a glass bridge connecting the rooftop to the building next door and it was a cool & thrilling experience to cross aside! All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends & colleagues, and would love to come back and stay some more nights here! Kudos to the staffs at the lounge!

I don’t always write hotel reviews, but I absolutely had to for this wonderful property and its amazing team. We stayed here for three nights after visiting Shanghai, and it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was polite, warm, and highly efficient. A special standout was Duc Khoa (my sincere apologies if I misspelled the name!). He made an impression on us with his genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor. His English is absolutely flawless with such a natural accent that communication was completely effortless. We also had a fantastic experience with the bar staff at The Albion restaurant. They were incredibly attentive. Overall, our stay was such a great, memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful lunch buffet experience at Saigon Kitchen. The team went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration truly special with their thoughtful and beautifully arranged decorations. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dang Cuong, Lan, Hoang Dat, Celine, and Huyen for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their kindness and dedication made our family gathering even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Very stylish hotel in a great location. Feels elegant but still comfortable. Rooms are nice but small . the rooftop bar is a big highlight with great views. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has many choices and good quality. Try the pho. Good option if you want something a bit more special in Saigon and not just a basic city hotel. You can walk everywhere so its good base.
